Anton & Tanya Driving School - Privacy Statement
All the personal information supplied by you, whether voluntarily or mandatory, will be recorded. Further, information processing will happen regardless of the form or medium in which the information is supplied. We have a strong commitment to respecting privacy concerns and will expressly request information that personally identifies you or allows us to contact you.
If you are under 18 years of age (a minor), we will require the consent of your parent/guardian/competent person before we process such minor's personal information, unless it is in the public interest that we do so. If you have furnished us with personal information on behalf of a third party, you acknowledge that you have the necessary consent to agree to our terms on behalf of the third party. Further, you indemnify us against any claims from such a third party.

We will ensure that all such driving instructors, and/or third-party service providers have legal agreements that protect your confidentiality and non-use obligations of your personal information.

While Anton & Tanya Driving School takes reasonable measures to keep your personal information confidential, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damages suffered due to disclosing such information in the circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
